well i would describe this week as a series of unfortunate events.
on sunday, my htc touch diamond died on me. after having it for merely a week! cos i was heading to japan on wednesday, my mum urged me to get a new phone so I would be contactable when I was in japan. alas the pink c905 sony ericsson was out of stock =((( and the new stock would only arrive on wednesday morning. so I had to settle for the samsung s8300 (its the same phone you see on the billboard at tangs now). i could have gotten the black c905 but I prefer phones with some other colour besides black. so i settled for the samsung s8300 instead, since it had an 8mp phone, was nice and slim and had dashes of red on it. however when i went home and read the cnet reviews, i immediately regretted changing sides (ive been using sony ericsson ever since I got my first handphone at 14) cos SE apparently has the best cameras, its the lens that matters and not the megapixels! and my friend only told me that AFTER i bought the phone.
best part was that my japan trip got postponed cos of the swine flu. swine flu isnt actually as serious as the media has portrayed it, but oh well. we only knew of the postponement on the morning we were supposed to fly off. i had the premonition that it would get cancelld with the ever increasing numbers of swine flu cases in japan (altho it hasnt hit tokyo yet) so I didnt pack the night before. now if only i had known the trip was going to be cancelled, i would be the happy owneer of a pink c905 now.
left my phone in the car yesterday. so i was phoneless.
and today, my ipod has gone missing.i really hope i didnt lose it in some ulu place. when i was walking past that cd shop at pacific plaza yesterday i heard this awesome song playing. and it has bits of this instrumental piece that Ive been looking EVERYWHERE for. so i just had to walk in and ask. its
by utada. awesome song :))) i only realised my ipod was missing when i wanted to transfer the song. im hoping, fingers crossed that its at b's place.
meanwhile my new bikini is somewhere in singapore.so i cant go tanning.
and i have a whole lotta stuff to do for rag & carnival =p
